-I seem to have always been interested in repairing antique clocks. Over the years my father encouraged me by buying tools from a local watch repairman in our home town.
-Years later my grandfather was talking to a local Master Clock smith and found that he was also an instructor in horology. After some quick bragging from my grandfather, the Clock Repairman took me in as an apprentice.
-Even my Mother spent hours driving me to the local Clock Repair Shop. That was in 1976.
-I'm often self challenged to take on clocks that most find UN-repairable or some think just not worth repairing. These clocks have come to me in boxes or bags completely disassembled and in deplorable condition. I have recently completed a clock that took over 100 hours of re-construction and now consider it one of my favorites.
-I enjoy the access to the world VIA the Internet and find it to be a necessity to communicate with potential customers and other Clock repair persons.
-Through this Media I have been allowed to communicate and share ideas with people otherwise inaccessible to me.
-This is the Cross Road--The Internet is HERE to stay. Let's use it to our advantage and share our knowledge and talents.
